This policy explains how Harbor Pediatric Therapy LLC (“Harbor,” “we,” “us”) handles information you share with us through this website.

In short: this website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising. We only ask how to reach you, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Booking a call back: your name, email, phone number and the time you choose. Our booking page is provided by Microsoft, and Microsoft’s privacy statement also applies to it.
• Emailing or calling us: whatever you choose to tell us, and how to reach you.
• Applying for a job: your name, contact details, résumé and any answers to screening questions. If you apply through a job board such as Indeed, its privacy policy also applies.
• Visiting the site: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.

We do not ask for health information online. Anything clinical is discussed with you directly.

How we use it

Only to respond to you, to provide our services if you become a client, to consider job applications, and to meet our legal obligations. Your information is seen only by our team and by the providers that run our website, email and booking page on our behalf.

How long we keep it

• Inquiries and call-back bookings: 24 months from our last contact with you.
• Job applications: 12 months, unless you are hired.
• Client records: as long as Missouri law requires.

Health information

Health information about the children we serve is protected under HIPAA and Missouri law, and is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided to every family before services begin.

Children

This website is meant for parents, caregivers and job applicants. We do not knowingly collect information from children through it.
